This Privacy Notice is made available to you, in your capacity as owner of personal data, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”) and other applicable legal provisions. SLC GROUP DEVELOPMENTS S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter “THE COMPANY”), with address at AV. REFORM NO. 2007-B FLOOR 10-B3, COL. FLAMINGOS IN MAZATLÁN, SINALOA, responsible for the processing of personal data, who, with responsibility for the processing of personal data and the rights of privacy and informative self-determination, states in this Privacy Notice the following:

The personal data that THE COMPANY will process, including the obtaining, use, disclosure or storage of such data by any means, its access, management, use, transfer or disposal, are those that have been previously provided or will be provided to THE COMPANY for being necessary for the process of promoting real estate and preparing corresponding contracts in the sale and/or rental of real estate. Among others, the following personal data may be collected: name, date and place of birth, nationality, immigration document (if applicable), address, email, occupation, proof of income.

THE COMPANY collects, uses, stores, transfers or transmits your personal data, to the extent permitted by law, to carry out, without limitation, the following purposes: promotion of real estate and preparation of corresponding contracts in the sale and/or rental of real estate THE COMPANY may use your personal data for other purposes, as long as said purposes are compatible and can be considered analogous to the previous ones. Personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and/or in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legal provisions.

1. The personal data will be processed by THE COMPANY and/or its affiliated or subsidiary companies and/or third parties that are in charge of processing the personal data of the undersigned by instructions of THE COMPANY, which must comply with this present Privacy Notice.

1. THE COMPANY will establish and maintain security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment, including the custody of documents containing the personal data in locked files. These measures will not be less than those maintained by THE COMPANY for handling its own information.

1. The client, as owner of their personal data, may exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition, regarding their data. The exercise of these rights will begin by submitting a written request to the Personal Data Protection Committee of THE COMPANY, who can be located at the address located at AV. REFORM NO. 2007-B FLOOR 10-B3, COL. FLAMINGOS IN MAZATLAN, SINALOA, or contacted via email at contacto@puntolaguna.com. Likewise, the candidate may revoke, at any time, the consent that they have granted and that is necessary for the processing of their personal data.

1. THE COMPANY reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Notice as it deems appropriate. THE COMPANY will make the updated Privacy Notice available when significant changes are made to it, as well as when it is required to obtain your consent again.

1. The Personal Data Protection Committee of THE COMPANY will process the requests for access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of these, which can be contacted at the address located AV. REFORM NO. 2007-B FLOOR 10-B3, COL. FLAMINGOS IN MAZATLÁN, SINALOA, or through the email that has been specified in paragraph e) above, which will be at your service for any questions or comments regarding this Privacy Notice. By signing this Privacy Notice I express my knowledge and agreement with its content, I expressly express my consent for THE COMPANY to carry out the processing of my personal data in the terms indicated therein.

In terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (the “Law”), we inform you that, in the event of a negative response to the ARCO rights request or disagreement with it, you can submit before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection, the corresponding Request for Protection of Rights within the terms and conditions established by Chapter VII of the Law and other related ones, as well as those corresponding to the Regulation.
